As we specialise in selling pre-loved and second-hand designer pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns.

We take great care to accurately describe the condition of every item. Any signs of wear, imperfections, or faults—whether major or minor—will be clearly noted in the product description and photographed where applicable. We encourage customers to carefully review all descriptions, measurements, and images before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been incorrectly described or differs significantly from the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
